Key Management Services

Crew Management

A Twin Yachts assigned Crew Administrator will define Owner’s crew preferences, verify crew documents, we process accurate and timely payroll and provide crew salary guidelines. We work hand in hand with the Owner to facilitate the manning process and provide MLC (Maritime Labour Conventions) and Flag approved Seafarer Employment Agreements.

Technical Management

The Twin Yachts dedicated team of technical supervisors and yacht managers will follow the planned maintenance and class/flag requirements. We will process an iniatial technical assessment, monitoring and following up on technical deficiencies, provide a review of the planned maintenance and assist you with comparison and recommendation on vendors, subcontractors and shipyards.

Safety Management

Twin Yachts considers safety and security as critical factors for every yacht, whether private or commercial. Our safety management key points are an intrinsic part of our approach to yacht management through initial onboard assessment, by creating Safety Management forms, establishing contingency plans and procedures, implementation and training of the Safety Management System by working with Captain/Crew to finalise plan approvals. Contingency plans and procedures are regularly produced along with drill schedules and reports.

Yacht Administration & Accounting

A dedicated team of Yacht Administrators will follow all financial reporting and day to day transactions, set up a dedicated bank account and provide monthly and annual financial reporting covering account statements, transactions, credit cards and cash. We will manage funding requests issued as per agreed protocol. Our motto is: budget control is key

Insurance Assistance

Based on risk assessment surveys we can provide alternative quotes and suggest insurance brokers who fit the Owner’s profile best. We will handle any insurance claim for the yacht independently of which broker or underwriter the Owner would appoint.
